PGA / SPP Update

Stages of behavioral change are as follows:

(example : Abu wants to quit smoking)
Precontemplation --> concerned about his smoking
Contemplation --> wants to quit smoking
Preparation --> schedules counsellings
Action --> takes nicotine patches, motivational programs
Maintenance --> dun go out with Hassan who ajak rokok

I need a severe engine overhaul as the previous methods aren't working. So now I'm going to try this new 'plofesional' regime published by Men's Health --> HERE

PGA / SPP will be revealed July 2008.
