Under the 'SPP starts now! Progress :' caption, 3rd
parties will be able witness the ongoing project.
Here's how the percentages (%) will be calculated.
Strenous exercise in gym : 1%
Light work in gym : 0.5%
Football 5-6 a side : 1.5%
Football 7-8 a side : 1%
Eating an additional meal : -1%
Eating snacks : -0.5%
*Normal meals are regarded as Light Breakfast,
Sufficient Lunch + Dinner
Conclusion:
SPP should be achieved when the %
reach (logically) 100%. Stay tuned ppl!

hoi i tengah spp also! haha but spp must be accompanied by my secondary intensive program too called bcp: big chest program. then continue with chp: chest hair program.
when u come back we see who got more chest hair ok? i mean, who got bigger boobs. i mean, bigger chest.

"Butler performs 25 pullups, 50 deadlifts with 135 pounds, 50 pushups, 50 jumps on a 24-inch box, 50 floor wipers, 50 single-arm clean-and-presses using a 36-pound kettle bell, and 25 more pullups. All this, in addition to utilizing other unconventional yet equally taxing training methods, such as tire flipping and gymnastics-style ring training."
